Subject: [PATCH 7/8] Popvue: leave out libVLC's GPL modules

dolby_surround_decoder, mono, dummy (the interface), rotate (with motionlib), stream_out_rtp, syslog and vod_rtsp are GPL 2 or later; VideoLAN's blacklist removes the other GPL modules but not these.
